Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into financial models.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
