Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term forecasting.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for cost optimization.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement best practices to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros), SQL, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of accuracy and analytical rigor in high-volume data environments.
