Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and capital budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
