Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-client general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance reporting
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with CFOs on budget forecasting and audits
- Train junior bookkeepers on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of Colorado sales tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
