Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for executive leadership.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future performance and assess risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and budgeting methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
