Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic investment decisions
- Prepare client presentations and deliverables for C-suite executives and institutional investors
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing due diligence processes for $100M+ deals
- Monitor portfolio performance and generate quarterly risk assessments
- Develop pitch books and financial projections for private equity and venture capital clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from a top-tier university (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of investment banking or financial advisory experience at a bulge bracket firm
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Series 7/63/79/99 licenses or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proven track record of closing complex financial transactions
