Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to monitor company performance against budget and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in P&L.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
