Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support investment strategies and business decisions
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for senior leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial presentations and client reports
- Monitor budget performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
- Maintain accurate financial databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in banking, investment, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) a plus
