Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend performance improvements
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses to support business development opportunities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with strict adherence to deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-financial audiences
