Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and P&L management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in M&A activities by performing financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to non-financial stakeholders.
