What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data to support executive decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecast future performance, and identify areas for process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.
- Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process for various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Cost Management: Monitor spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Forecasting: Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions and market trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to regulatory standards and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or ERP systems.
- Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
