This hybrid role offers the flexibility of 2 remote days per week while collaborating with industry leaders in our vibrant Las Vegas headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly variance reports
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
