Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for budgeting and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data clearly
- CFA or CPA certification a significant advantage
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP standards
