Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance between projected and actual performance to identify opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation modeling
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems)
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements
