Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable business insights
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting processes and monitor departmental spending
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial optimization
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Power BI or Tableau visualization experience
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
