Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and variance analysis
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentation materials
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with SOX and financial regulations
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
