Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to explain deviations between actual results and budgeted targets.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and internal performance metrics to recommend strategic business improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP) and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data to non-financial audiences.
