Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve basic banking issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist customers with mobile/online banking
- Contribute to a positive branch environment through teamwork and customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero banking experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
