Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with department heads to budget planning and variance analysis
- Support strategic initiatives through financial impact assessments
- Automate reporting processes using Excel and BI tools
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines in a flexible schedule
