Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard performance against financial targets
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects supporting mergers, acquisitions, or market expansions
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification (CMA, CPA) or active pursuit considered a plus
