- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate ROI and risk metrics
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency measures
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with financial reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
- Certification in FP&A or CFA designation highly desirable
