As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, directly influencing our company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Financial Performance: Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to management.
- Prepare Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and recommend solutions to optimize data accuracy and reporting timelines.
- Support Decision Making: Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner to support high-level business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
