Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor actuals against the budget.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate new business initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and financial recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
