Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and management reports
- Manage AP/AR cycles, payroll integration, and tax compliance filings
- Oversee QuickBooks Online implementation and optimization for 15+ clients
- Lead financial audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with CFOs on cash flow forecasting and budget analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping with multi-state entities
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, Xero, and financial reporting tools
- Proven experience with sales tax nexus across WA/OR
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
