Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for 50+ client portfolios
- Conduct variance analysis and support budget forecasting initiatives
- Coordinate external audit processes and regulatory reporting
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP for financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing audits and regulatory filings
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
