Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation frameworks for investment decisions
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly variance reports with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize capital allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Automate reporting workflows using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking or investment services
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data extraction and visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Active Series 7/63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
