Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence, cost optimization studies, and market research
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven track record of successful remote collaboration and time management
