Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and growth strategies
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI experience a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and reporting accuracy
