Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support investment decisions
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly variance reports and executive dashboards with KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly financial planning cycles
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for executive leadership
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and GAAP standards
