Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions
- Lead monthly close processes and deliver executive-ready financial statements with actionable insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Design and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Present complex financial narratives to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau, Power BI)
