Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic investment decisions
- Build complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly performance reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes across 5+ business units
- Conduct due diligence on M&A opportunities with $50M+ transaction values
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills for data visualization
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Louisiana CPA license or actively pursuing certification
