- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities across tech and healthcare sectors
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Optimize cash flow management strategies for 15+ portfolio companies
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in VC/PE or tech finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and Power BI
- Proven experience building complex valuation models (DCF, LBO, comps)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
