Responsibilities
- Build complex financial models for M&A transactions and valuations
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform investment decisions
- Prepare quarterly financial reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop KPI dashboards to track portfolio performance
- Conduct due diligence analysis for potential acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis at a reputable institution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience with SaaS or healthcare financial modeling
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Series 65/66 license (or willingness to obtain)
