Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends for executive leadership
- Prepare monthly variance reports and KPI dashboards with actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and M&A support
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, SQL, and Power BI tools
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- CFA/CPA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Demonstrated success in translating data into strategic recommendations
- Strong communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives
