Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic decision-making

- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to non-financial audiences
