Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for investment opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and variance reports for executive leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare and present quarterly board reports with actionable financial insights
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and BI tools
- Excellent analytical thinking with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
