Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend process optimizations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced Excel proficiency with complex modeling and data visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to C-suite executives
