Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $50M+ portfolio
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and capital allocation
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VBA) and Power BI
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills with Tableau
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., FMVA) a plus
