Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
- Collaborate with department heads on budgeting and planning
- Conduct variance analysis and performance metrics
- Support M&A activities and due diligence processes
- Maintain compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Knowledge of financial regulations (SOX, GAAP)
