Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and controls
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
