Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards and executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (Tableau a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive audiences
- Certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing preferred
