Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare executive-ready financial presentations
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations to support operational decision-making
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP financial modules
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, forecasting methodologies, and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- CPA designation or equivalent international qualification required
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
