Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and variance reports for 15+ enterprise clients
- Develop predictive models to support strategic investment decisions
- Create executive dashboards visualizing KPIs and ROI metrics
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across multiple departments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for expansion opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and tools
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-departmental financial projects
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex data
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
