Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and generate actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based revenue models
- Track record of identifying process improvements and driving cost optimization
