Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Lead cross-departmental financial reviews for operational efficiency
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI tracking reports
- Collaborate with FP&A team on annual strategic planning cycles
- Support M&A due diligence and integration activities
- Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in retail or CPG industry highly desirable
