Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Operate provided banking equipment (ATMs, cash machines, etc.)
- Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols
- Assist with branch operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate provided banking technology efficiently
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
