Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Develop comprehensive financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and due diligence for potential acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proven track record of presenting financial insights to executive audiences
