Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for $500M+ real estate portfolio
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and valuation reports for acquisition and development projects
- Prepare executive presentations and dashboards communicating complex financial insights to stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate ROI and financial feasibility of new ventures
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance department financial reporting capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in real estate or investment sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and financial data extraction
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Active CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
