Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
- Prepare presentations for board meetings and investor briefings
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and lead special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in banking/finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
- CPA or CFA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
