Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and M&A activities
- Automate financial reporting processes using Excel and Power BI for enhanced efficiency
- Present complex financial insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain internal control frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and lead process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial planning software
